I ordered a laptop from FLIPKARTon 4 July 2026 during their sale period and after i acknowledging the expected delivery date which was 5 July 2026, i planned my schedule of the next days accordingly for my trip. It was not delivered on 5 July and next date was 6 July. On 6 July throughout the day it displayed out for delivery which was acceptable since i have to go for my trip the next day. I called the delivery partner several times and he said ki "1 ghante mein aarha hu" and was rude for no reason i contacted the other delivery partner from the same EKART logistics and he said ki "delivery partner aapke ghar waali side hi ni jaarha" and i called him again and said ki "jab krna hoga krunga". What is this rude behaviour as if he owns me or something and tomorrow I am ging for my trip but i dont have the laptop which was needed urgently and now who's responsible for my loss and there's no way u could contact flipkart thru their portal they have made it complicated on purpose with rules according to their will which causes mentral distress.
