As a part of a Big billion deal, we ordered a Samsung Crystal 43-inch TV from Flipkart on October 15, 2023. We paid for the product online and received it on October 30, 2023.When someone arrived for installation on October 31, 2023, they discovered INTERNAL HUGE SCREEN DAMAGE. The installer shared a picture of the damaged goods and created a replacement request. I supplied images of the broken item the same day I sought a replacement. We have submitted five requests so far and have been in constant communication with Samsung and Flipkart customer care; however, we have not heard back from either party and the vendor (Bathla TeleTech Pvt Lmt) is still turning down our requests. Our window of opportunity to receive a refund within seven days of the transaction has expired since the seller is refusing our request. Who is in charge of that? Naturally, Flipkart for provides poor customer service.
We've had multiple conversations over obtaining a replacement product with Flipkart customer service. But no solution has been put forth.
We have a lot of complaints about the company and its offerings.

We kindly ask that you take prompt action to rectify the issue so that we can receive a new product in a timely manner.
Since we made our request so long ago—more than 22 days ago—a lot of time has gone. once more asking that the problem's remedy be provided as soon as possible.
