Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding both the quality of the product I received, and the support services provided by Flipkart.
The product was delivered to us on 3rd May, and the installation was completed on 5th May.
I first encountered a problem with the product on 14th May. When I reached out to Flipkart's support team for assistance, I was given a contact number for TCL support and was advised to deal with them directly.
I raised the query with TCL's support team, and after several follow-ups, they appointed an engineer/technician who visited on 17th May. He informed me that the product would be replaced and sent an email for approval.
After several follow-ups, I received a call from TCL's service center on 23rd May, informing me that the product replacement approval had been rejected. They advised me to contact Flipkart, as Flipkart is the direct seller and should arrange the approval.
As per the trail email from Flipkart, they require a denial letter from TCL to proceed with the proof.
Regrettably, choosing this platform to purchase my product has been a mistake, as no solution has been provided. Since 15th May, I have been struggling with this unresolved issue-nearly 22 days have passed without a resolution.
