Flipkart & Consulting Rooms Private Limited — Dish washer= Delivering a 5 year old machine under the guise of new arrival item

Ordered Voltas Beko dish washer through Flipkart. Their site indicated it as a new arrival item/ new launch item. The item supplied by Consulting Rooms Private Limited, Tamilnadu was a 4 year old damaged item first. On complaint to Flipkart, the seller gave a replacement with a 5 year old one. When return and refund was requested, Flipkart refused saying that there is no provision to return an item based on its age. Talked to their executives several times but no solution. Infact one executive has asked me to appraoch Voltas service for a resolution. They also refused. Item was installed by Voltas service personnel but found not working. It shows some error message. Voltas service personnel are also not attending the fault. THe local service personnel says they are inexperienced.
