Flipkart - (ecomyalgar Trade) — My product is damaged

I am recently ordered 8.5kg lg washing machine through flipKart account and i received today and it's damaged. The delivery guy is very rude and it's not showing open box delivery as well he's cheating my mother. It not showing any return and refunds policy, The seller name it's showing Ecomyalgar Trade Please take some action and i need my money back. I attached the images please refer it.
