Respected sir,
I am jithesh rhine. I had ordered for an mi phone on 15th of october with
Order id od[protected].
Today (18/10/2017) morning i got a call from an ecart hub executive from
[protected] that my order has reached them and they will deliver it by
Noon. Ecart hub is nearly one kilometre away from my home, so i told them
That i will come and collect it within an hour.
When i went there that guy was not there. So i called him, he told me that
He will check whether anyone is there and get back to me. So i waited for
Him, after 10-15 mind i called him back and asked for the status, so he
Told me that my package is there only but i will have to wait for 10 mins.
I waited for 15 to 20 mins and even then he didn't reached there, so i
Left.
Being today a holiday i waited in home, but he didn't came to deliver the
Package. After 2 pm my delivery status was showing that it's been
Postponed. I called the customer care and asked the reason for it being
Postponed but the customer care guy was not able to help me with it and
Told me that in their system it's written that it's been postponed to the
Next day. When i asked him the reason he hold me that he doesn't have any
Authority to question their reasoning.
I would like to know why my delivery has been postponed for tomorrow
Without even trying to deliver it today. Expecting a reply instead of the
Desrespectful vengeance showing characterless delivery guy. I am hereby
Attaching a screenshot of my delivery status with this mail.
