Flipkart - Ekart Service — Delay in delivering the goods on time

My wife ordered a product in Flipkart on 14th October. The actual expected delivery date proposed by Flipkart was on/before 17th Oct. Without any reason, they delayed delivering the product and changed the delivery date from to 20th Oct. There is no proper response from customer care. There is no legible reason of delay. Attached the screenshot for clarity.
