Flipkart & Jeeves — Vu 43" premium 4k tv

I had purchased a VU 43" premium 4k tv on June 2020 along with 3 years complete protection plan, it came with buyback guarantee for 3 years, the plan is expiring on 21st June 2023 . Now i want to purchase a new tv & want to exchange my vu TV which is giving me 7499 buyback value but whenever I am proceeding for the exchage en error message is coming, " something went wrong, please try again sometime later ", i have contacted with flipkart support team several times but they suggested me to contact with Jeeves, i have also sent mail to Jeeves but they didn't answered my query also over phone they clearly mentioned " we can't help you in this matter ." Now my question is if flipkart & Jeeves both are clueless about this issue then why buyback value is showing in the product page, also who is going to fix this issue or this is deliberately done to harras the customer, somebody has to take the responsibility . This is not what I expect from Flipkart, things should be clear, if you have promised something then you should keep your words otherwise it is called cheating, either they don't know how to resolve this issue or they are reluctant about this .
