I have ordered Installation and Demo from onida Expert free with Onida 7 kg 5 star Fully Automatic Top Load Grey Grey by order I'd OD[protected] . The item has been delivered to me but installation and demo was scheduled by 24 Oct 2020. and was in progress while delivering. But on dt 23.10.2020 the status for installation and demo was as cancelled by Flipkart without any reason to me. I have not cancelled it but like a fraud it was cancelled by its own by Flipkart . And further as there is no installation done yet return policy is valid for 31.10 2020 from the dt of delivery but not installation.
Also there is policy that you should not open or use product until installation..
But how can one decide wheather product is genuine or not untill installation and decide wheather it should be return or not... Further i have wait untill resolution by that time my return policy time would be pass on...
