Ordered a Fossil watch as a gift for a friend on 20th of October, 2020, order number being OD[protected]. The promised delivery date was 28th of October. But the seller did not ship it till 29th of October. The product finally arrived on 2nd November, 2020, and turned out to be a Diesel watch for men. Immediately I raised a return complaint. They told they shall contact within 72 hours, i.e. 5th of Nov, but no call nor any email came. Then I get an email saying they will contact me by 7th of November, which they didnt do. Today is 9th of November, and still there is no contact via Flipkart regarding my order. 6000 rs is stuck in the process, which is not a small amount for a student.
