Respected My All Sir's & Seniors of FLIPKART,
I DIPANKAR SARKHEL customer of your flipkart from last 5 years. I have ordered Asian Hattrick 21, Grey Green Color on 1st December 2021. I received that item on 16th December 2021, but the color is wrong. I have applied for the replacement again today I have received a totally different color. They sent me Dark grey, Orange.
Now I will replace my shoes again. They said it will not happen again, only refund is done. Is it the proper way to treat regular customers? Sellers do these things all time and for these reasons we customers face all problems every time.
If grey green is not available then send me the last one grey orange.
