My account has been blocked since 4-5 yrs
I have been a regular customer of Flipkart and have always tried to follow all policies and terms of service. If there has been any unintentional violation from my side, I sincerely apologize for it and assure you that it will not be repeated in the future.
I request you to kindly let me know the exact reason for blocking my account and help me with the process to get it unblocked at the earliest. I am ready to provide any identity verification document like Aadhaar/PAN if required.
As per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, I request you to resolve this grievance within the stipulated time.
I hope for a positive and quick resolution.
