I have placed an Order of Cake and Sweets worth Rs. 2077.00 from FloraEx.com bearing order number# 8215 on 4th of May 2018 to be delivered in Chandrapur Area (Maharashtra). The order was never delivered to the address. While placing the order I had chatted with onlinve customer care and he said to get it delivered to the shipping address you need to place an order more than Rs. 2000 and plus select and option of Remote Area Delivery which has a extra charge of Rs. 399.00. Since it was my Parents Anniversary I wanted to be delivered on the same date. On 5th May 2018 I waited till 11 am in the morning that may be it was same day so it did not got delivered but it will be done by this time but in vain. I called the customer care number which was provided in the order confirmation message- [protected]. One Executive picked up the call and the moment I was inquiring about the Order he cut the call stating he will check and call back after 5 mins. From that day till today the number is switch off. I tried another number [protected] which is given in the website http://www.floraex.com/ however even that is switch off. I tried everything but I am pissed off. Their online chat has stopped responding whenever i check with the order status or refund. I totally think it is a big fake site. I have even written to them a email but no response . today also i pinged the chat. the execiutive named Neha responded hi, but the moment i ask about my order there is no response.
I need your help in getting my money refunded. I am attaching the Invoice which I received from the site with the amount mentioned over there. Also with the refund policy which they have in their site.
