A gift was ordered for me by my fiancee on 12th feb and was supposed to be delivered by 14th feb.But it is not yet delivered.Yesterday i called up the customer care and they told me its on the way and will reach by 7pm and that didn't happen.Today also i called and they told the same.They are not even refunding the amount.And when i called them i had a very bad experience talking to them.please take necessary actions Was this information helpful? |
