I will like to report a serious issue, because of which, the occasion on which I had ordered flowers got spoiled. I had requested for delivery before 11AM, on 29th March 2015. The flowers were to be delivered at my Mother's home on her birthday. Flowers arrived at 5:30 PM. My Father inquired the reason for late delivery from the florist Mr. Varun (Ph no. [protected], provided by the delivery person). In reply, Mr. Varun told my Father that he is uneducated and does not know how to read or write and thus, did not know what time to deliver the flowers at. He also mentioned that, he received delivery details on 29th March at 2:30 PM. The reply was very uncurtious and sounded sarcastic. As you can see from details of order # 6436, I had placed the order on 24th March 2015. Jokingly, my Father said "then how are you running your business". To this, Mr. Varun started using unethical curse words and said to my father "Party has already made the payment, no one can do anything to me now. I have received my money, go ahead and do whatever you want". In addition to this, my parents did not receive any receipt for the delivery made, nor did they receive the message which I had written while placing the order at floristsinindia.com. I stay far away from my Parents, and thank florisrsinindia.com for providing me an opportunity to celebrate my Mother's birthday in some way, however, this incident has spoiled both the mood of the day and the websites reputation. I feel both amazed and disgusted at the attitude shown by Mr. Varun towards delivery. I request you to please take strict action against Mr. Varun and verify your sources in the future. Nothing can be done about the ruined occasion. However, I would appreciate it if a formal apology could be provided to my parents from floristsinindia.com.
