My name is ajay singh i ordered a blueberry cheesecake at my first wedding anniversary on 10.12.2018 from flowerncake.com i spoke to him on [protected] about my choice of cake they send me some pics of cake by whatsapp which i have all chatting with them i selected one cake and send money on the account which they provided me but the cake was not the same which i chose i send them pic which cake i received and they agreed that the cake was not same and will refund my money i tried so many times but nobody picked my the phone and i have sent mail also but no reply i received so i want my money with penalty and last thing
I have all proof of whatsapp chatting which i attached
