I placed an order worth 2700/- on apr 14th, 2020. I did the payment through paytm while throughout the time an executive was simultaneously online chatting n guiding me. It was supposed to b delivered the same evening but till date i hvnt received it. I tried mailing, posting complaint on the site, tried calling both customer care numbers mentioned on the site and even whatsapp them my complaint but i hvnt heard from anyone till date.
I used to read such things online happening with others and so much comes on news nowadays about such fraud. Never thought i would be duped too one day.
