I enquired about some job vacancy through fluor constructors canada ltd. (Careers. [protected]@techie.com) on 19th april 2017. On 29th april 2017 i received a mail from the hiring manager mr. Gabriel owen regarding the vacancy followed by the employment application form and the agreement copy of the job on 9th may 2017. I filled it and submitted it alongwith the documents on 12th may2017. After that they sent me an appointment letter with the approved position alongwith lmia (Labour market impact assessment) report
And the steps for visa and work permit for the same. So, i went ahead and contacted their canadian immigration attaché, mr. Danny mcgregor
Email:[protected]@consultant.com, contact number: [protected] regarding the visa and work permit on 15th may 2017. I filled the form for visa and also paid the visa processing fees rs.34, 200 to an account named alisha account
Number: [protected] union bank of india indira nagar branch bangalore ifsc code: ubin0567434 as directed by immigration officer and the company hiring manager on 24th may 2017. I received a receipt for the same on the next day.
I have all the documents and the mails regarding the whole process.
After this step no further communication regarding the work permit was done from the employer or the immigration attache. I sent many mails regarding this but no response from their end.

I felt badly cheated by this and hope for some serious punishment for these type of fraudsters. I would be grateful if i get my money back.
