I accepted an offer from company Fluper Ltd. They asked for originals and I submit my originals as well before joining the company. After submitting the originals, they said you have to work till 8 pm or sometimes 8:30-9pm as this is the company policy and you have to serve 60 working days notice So I told them you guys should have discussed your policies at the time of documentation and I rejected the offer on the basis of this policy and asked for my original documents back. Now the company is harassing me and not providing my documents back to me and threatening me that have already filed a legal case against me and will blacklist me in NASSCOM.Now they are saying to send apology mail if you want your documents back. Even they are torturing me by sending stupid mails. Company CEO, Anshul Sharma, interfering in my personal life, He took my current employer number from website and called them and shared some negativity.
