Flupkart — Return canceled for a defective product

I ordered Samsung Galaxy F06 5G. When I got the phone mobile data was not working network issue with 4g/ 5g. I raised a return request. Flipkart team said I have to take the phone to nearest samsung service centre to get it checked. Service centre said there is a defect with mobile data. And they provided an acknowledgment sheet mentioning the same. The return request i raised in flipkart has been cancelled. Even if call the customer care and raise a complaint they say the backend team will contact me withing 2days. But the next day the complaint status will be changed to resolved with no updates. This happened 2 times
