Details of Complaint

On 4 March 2025, I made a payment of ₹26, 172.43 to Fly.Homes through their website (https://fly.homes/pages/book-accommodation) for accommodation booking.

The company failed to deliver the promised service. When I contacted them, they admitted that a refund would be provided and assured me that senior officers would reach out. However, till date, no refund has been processed.

From March to September 2025, I have made repeated requests through chats and calls (evidence attached). All agents either avoided the issue or gave false assurances. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. Even when my mother and sister contacted them, the company ignored the matter.

This clearly indicates cheating, fraudulent practices, and deficiency in service, which violates the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Fly.Homes (fly.homes) publicly presents itself as part of Leverage.biz / Leverage Edu, but I have not received any verifiable documentation to confirm that the website which took my payment (₹26, 172.43 on 4 March 2025) is an authorized brand or merchant under Leverage.biz. I therefore request that Fly.Homes / Leverage.biz immediately (a) confirm the legal entity that accepted my payment, (b) provide documentary proof of affiliation and merchant details, and (c) process my immediate refund of ₹26, 172.43. If this claim of affiliation is found to be false, I ask the authorities to treat this as false representation and unfair trade practice.

1. Immediate refund of ₹26, 172.43.
2. Compensation for mental harassment, repeated follow-ups, and delay.
3. Strict action against Fly.Homes for indulging in unfair trade practices.
