I joined Flynaut SaaS Pvt. Ltd. on 05/04/2025 after being told I must pay ₹2, 10, 000 as training fees. I paid the first installment of ₹1, 05, 000. I was offered a Java Developer role (₹4 LPA), with ₹15, 000/month for the first 3 months, and the second installment due 45 days after joining.
As per company policy, if I resigned within 6 months, I would get a full refund in 45 working days. I resigned on 03/06/2025. Ms. Vishakha Savale (Deputy General Manager) confirmed by email that my refund would be processed in 45 working days.
It has now been 71 days, but I have not received the refund of ₹90, 000 (₹1, 05, 000 paid – ₹15, 000 salary received). I have repeatedly called, emailed, and messaged them, but no response. On [insert date], I informed them via email that if I did not receive my refund, I would file a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). I also CC’d the NCH Helpdesk in that email, but still received no reply.
I have all payment proofs, email confirmations, and chat records.
Relief Sought:
