Fobiafashion.com — Order not received yet

I have order from fashion fobia and made payment of rs.774/- on 17th july,
As per policy order will get with 7to 14 days. Its been 15 days and still not delivered order and not even replying on mail.

Please refund my money.

Otherwise i will file a case against fashion fobia in consumer court.
