I brought chicken biryani from DECCAN BAWARCHI &A/C FAMILY RESTAURANT suncity, after came to my home when we started to eat food we recognized that the chicken was spoiled then i go back to restaurant and i show the chicken to them they bring me to kitchen and they smelled it and they told me that no smell but that chicken was smelling there are 15 workers are there then i don't want to argue with them. their owner ask me to keep that chicken there but i didn't do that. i bring it back and a take a photo of it i share that photo to you. please respond to my complaint, what the hell health department is doing why don't you keep your contact no and complaint no's in hotel for raise complaints on the situation.
please concern my request and take an action on them, because of im just Indian citizen.

Alpha Hotel — Spoiled and smelling Biryani
Hi I purchased Veg briyani from Alpha hotel On 23 December at 7pm. I came home and opened the packet at 8:30pm. I found the briyani was spoiled. I immediately called the hotel management and told them the same.They did not accept the fact and wanted me to go to hotel and show me the briyani,which is surprising. They neither felt sorry for what happened nor gave a solution. I called just dial to take food cooperation number to compliant and no one picked up the phone.Is there any way to solve this problem
