Cheating & forgery by Sushma arora Proprietor of m/Unique enterprises House no: 1221 sector 18 FARIDABAD [protected] collected the materials on behalf of fake cheque from our shop.
The following named person had come to my shop and had collected the goods, giving fake cheque 1. Gurgaon Gramin Bank Old Faridabad Branch Near arya samaj mandir Main market Faridabad
Account no: [protected] current account in thename of Café mac marketing
cheque no: 366324 dated 28/08/2014 for a sum of Rs 25, 000/-
2. IDBI Ground floor SCO 99 sector 18
Behind sagar cinema Faridabad
Current account no: [protected] for a sum of Rs 1.98 lakh
We came to know only after depositing the cheque in our bank account and found that the accused had issued the cheque of their closed accounts Hence the cheque was returned unpaid in our account.
Today we came to know that we have been cheated by the accused named as above .The Bank employee is also responsible to open such accounts opened without any guarantee. Bank has refused to give any clue against the above person.
