I am Priya, a 25-year-old dentist, living in Salem. I have been regularly visiting Foot Mantra Salem for the past few months for foot reflexology and treatment for body pain. During this period, I have had sessions with several North East male and female therapists, and I have always found them to be highly professional, respectful, and skilled.

However, during my session with the Tamil-speaking therapist Sharath few weeks before, I had a very disturbing experience. Throughout the session, on several occasions, he intentionally touched my private parts inappropriately.

I discussed with my friends and few of them have bad experiences with Tamil-speaking therapist Sharath. My friends complain about his inappropriate touching of private or intimate areas during massage sessions, which raised serious concerns about professional boundaries and client safety. I request that these concerns be investigated thoroughly.

The Tamil-speaking therapist, Sharath, does not appear to have proper massage training or adequate skills. Please verify if he has any certification or experience in foot reflexology. It seems he is employed as a therapist mainly because he is a friend of the manager.

I request Foot Mantra Salem to immediately conduct a thorough inquiry into this matter and take appropriate disciplinary action, including removing him from Foot Mantra Salem. His behaviour is damaging the good reputation of Foot Mantra Salem.

Because of this incident, I no longer feel safe or comfortable visiting Foot Mantra Salem. I sincerely hope this complaint will be treated seriously and that necessary action will be taken to ensure the safety and dignity of all female customers.
