Foram — My money deducted from bank but error of cm9004 duplicate record is showing

I tried to pay 220rs for reading room registration rajkot branch of wicasa through my laptop using debit card, and the website showed error and it display as CM90004-Duplicate Record .Money has been deducted from my account. PayUMoney please clarify
