Because in my case Foray Soft guys mention that.
At Starting time Permanent Employee of Foray Soft. After 6-9 Month when My B G Verification is done after that am a permanent Employee of TCS .
Please Guys Help Me To take Decision.

I also got the offer from Foray and the joining date was 27/09 but now they are saying that position with client got filled and now they asked me to search for another job.
So did you joined the Foray?
