I was employed with Force 1 Guarding Services Pvt Ltd as Regional Manager, Pondicherry from 05.04.2013 to 25.02.2014.
Due to certain professional and personal reasons, I was compelled to leave their services after official harassment during a meeting conducted by Bob Thomas, Head Finance and Col Ravi, VP. During the meeting, I was told that my services were not required and that if I do not submit my resignation then and there, I will not walk out of the office.
This threat made me react and I walked out of the meeting and next day, I mailed my resignation to the MD, Capt.Shibu Issac with a request to clear my pending dues + Full & Final settlement.
Till date, there has been no response from their end.
The following payments are due to me:
1) January, 2014 salary = Rs.30, 183/
2) 24 days, February, 14 salary = Rs.25.871/
3) 30 days notice pay = Rs.30, 183/
4) Local conveyance claim = Rs.844/
5) Entertainment expenses claim = Rs.930/
TOTAL = Rs.88, 003/
Despite several reminders, I have not been given my PF number for enabling me to settle my PF account.

Force 1 thru Bob Thomas tried to harass me by their Pondy office filing a police complaint against me but in vain.
Kindly do the needful and help me in getting my due payments.
