I had joined FLP and made an initial payment of ₹1000 with the intention to complete the remaining payment later. However, when I asked about a refund, I was contacted by a person named Akram, who behaved in a very rude and disrespectful manner.
I also tried to contact FLP through email and Instagram, but I never received any response. This misbehavior is highly disappointing.
For me, more than the refund, it is important that strict action is taken against the misbehavior of their staff. Customers should not be treated like this.
I request the company to:
Take immediate action against Akram
Improve their customer service response
And process my refund if possible
He used offensive words, raised his voice, and behaved in a very unprofessional and aggressive way. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a company representative.
Please look into this matter seriously and take immediate action.
