On January 29, 2024, I paid 30, 000 INR to a representative of Forever Living Products to complete a 2cc business transaction as part of their business criteria.
Despite receiving the payment, the representative has not uploaded the necessary billings to complete the transaction.
I have repeatedly attempted to contact the representative through phone calls and messages, but there has been no response.
I also contacted the Forever Living Products helpline but did not receive any assistance regarding this matter.
Attempts to Resolve:
I have called and messaged the representative multiple times, requesting either the completion of the transaction or a refund of my money.
I reached out to the Forever Living Products helpline, but they have not responded to my requests for help.
