1. Whereas 10% administration charges, no point is mentioned in the Refund Policy before returning the products.
2. GST Tax amount on returning the products (Sales Return / Credit Note) whereas FLP Co. can claim the tax amount in filing GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B return and the same amount is not refunded to me / customer's i.e taxes are irreversible.
3. I belong to a poor family and every penny is my savings. I've been paying my EMI till now, with no profit. Request you to kindly consider my needful.
