I bought an item on 25 May COD, which i return back after a week due to oversize.i received an email from forever21 asking my bank details which i gave immediatly, they sent an email they have received my bank details and i would get my money after 7-10 days but i didnt get. iv been calling thier customer no. which they keep on giving excuses.

Updated by ashpaul the customer care often say my money has been initiated and it will reflect in 2-3 days and when i didnt get my money i call up again and they will say it will be transfered today. they keeps on lying. whenever i ask to transfer the call to supervisor, she's never available. after calling again and again i received an email on 6 August that my money bounce back and they ask for my scan copy of cheque book which i did on the same day after which they sent an email they received it and assured i will get in 2-3 weeks. and till now i didnt get my money, pls help

I purchased items from Forever21 store at DLF Mall Of India, Noida. I was charged Rs1 for paper bag and brand is also endorsing on the bag which is not justified.
