Forever21 — refund issue #f2153365

Hi team,

This is to bring to your notice regarding unprofessional behavior and poor customer service regarding the #f2153365 i want you to highlight my issue here one more time. I have placed an order for below product and returned it as it did not fit for me and after a quality check when i called to forever21 customer care (Discussed over the call with mohamath, divya and with supervising mr. Nadeem) they asked me to wait for 14 working days and its been a month almost i have not received my amount in my account when i called them on 11/11/2019 they ask me to wait for 2 more working days and i am waiting as per there request till 13/11/2019.

I am sending this email as an acknowledgement mail to forever21 before filing the case in consumer for refund issue #f2153365".

Kindly let me know the course of action failing to which i might have to involve to consumer court to exercise my consumer rights regarding the same.
