Foundation Manpower Management — fraud consultancy

Hi, All...Well to begin with I would like to mention that please do not enroll yourself with any consultancy which ask for money from you just at the very beginning as registration fee, as no reputed and reliable consultancy would ask for money from the candidate for referring him/her to an interview. I understand that when we desperately look for job we do fall in such trap but trust me none of these small consultancy (asking for money for registration) does any good.
My husband enrolled himself with "Foundation Manpower" in the month of February 2016 and in a span of four months they just arranged two interviews...manikaran and verifacts...mind you it was very clear that there was no vacancy in those two organization as the interviewer was very confused as what to ask, at the end of both the interview the person who was taking the interview as very satisfied(as all went good) but never called back.Now in verifacts the interviews are only held when the senior is out so as to pass the time...after several such incident and talking to other candidates it became clear to us that Foundation Manpower has a good relation with the seniors of few companies such at Manikaran, Sova, Holoflex, Verifacts etc and thus to save them from the terror of the registered candidates they pretend to send them for an interview to these companies perhaps where there is absolutely to vacancy and so even after giving good interview the candidate remain unemployed, the poor fellow does not understand that its a false drama created to stop his mouth towards blaming the consultancy which eventually leaves the unemployed individual absolutely shaken ed with even lower confidence and depression.
I request all who are reading this that its not only for foudation all other consultancy like this are fake...sustaining on the money of new registration.They get your details from naukri/monster and other online job portal ...send us email as urgent vacancy/walkin going on/ur cv is selected and others, calls u to their office and get money from you in the name of registration fees. Foundation was absolutely fraud for us and I am sure it is for many others and so is all other s in this level.Please be aware..

I am employer of this company. My company never do any fraud or wrong activity and it's human nature that no one accept their own faults. SO Mr. Sukomal send me your detail as your registration no. and then i send you your feedback that either your blaming is right or you are unable to crack the exams and give blame on company.

3)holoflex limited

Note : you are shortlisted for the second round in holoflex limited.

My company FOUNDATION MANPOWER MANAGEMENT never claim that we send everyday or every week for the interview.

i got a mail from this company what should i do now..i dont understand...plss help ...i am very willing to know that this is fake or not..my name is debapratim roy...

I have got a mail from foundations Manpower and accordingly I have contacted with them. They told me that they have some opening for Erection field in the following companies

1. Manikaran power ltd.
2.viswamitra groups
3.holoflex ltd.

As per their assurance, I believed them and got regeneration

Today I got a massage for interview and company was a most third class, don't have personal website. Really I didn't deserve it. So what do you think ???

I also have enrolled myself in this foundation manpower on 19/03/2015, but still I have not got a single call from themselves, I still have the receipt from them, What to do now?

Fraud organization...

I am also a victim of this org. It is almost 4 month I have not
got a single call from them...
They just send mail regarding various openings and when I call them they say to come and do enrollment and sit for interview, and when i tell them that i have already done the enrollment then the openings just vanishes... and they are just making excuses..

Beware of this org.

they are really fake company they don provide any job just take the registration fees from me and whenever i called them they just extent the time of interview

Today I got a call from this org.They are demanding 800 for registration.

I am Arpan Debnath. I'm registered my name 6 month ago. But I have not got any interview.

I'm got 1 interview call, but I'm not attend because it's not a good company.

Most of the consultancy's in kolkata are fraud like sarada group but nobody taking action on them.

This is a fake organisation. One day I got a mail from them I gave the fees, but it have been 8 months I get only one call but I was out of town so I didn't attend.But before and after this call I didn't get any call.At the time of registration they behave very gently and politely & promises to gave at least two call fro interview at a month. When we call them they told currently we have no vacancy call latter and cut.So I request to all don't enter in there trap. This is fake fake fake.I request Please take action on such consultancy.

This is a fake company, they keep on sending email to everyone in civil, mechanical, electrical backgrounds from monster.com specially, saying that they have vacancy in a company and to call on the numbers.
when u call, they tell u come to their office and do a registration of rs 800, and after that u can attend the interview, after u pay, u never listen from them, stay away from this company.

I am registered this company on 5th march 2016, till now I gate 7 interview, so for me it's foundation manpower is good consultancy. Yes it's true they are chargeing 1000/-, but I am also registered some other consultancy they are charging very much amount and not give any interview. So for me it's a good consultancy.
