Fraazo — Won't refund my money

I had made a payment to fraazo VNF idea pvt ltd of 1000rs for it be credited to my fraazo account now which never happened they asked to check with phone pay they confirmed that it was acknowledged and received by the recipient, but fraazo customer service are saying they never received it and stopped replying to emails. It's going on from the month of May and I still haven't received any emails from them I have been sending them emails but won't get any revert .
