I am writing this letter to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-refund of my registration fees by Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training.
I had taken admission at Frankfinn Institute and paid a registration amount of ₹6, 000. Later, the institute representative mis sarita informed us that if we made an additional payment of ₹9, 000, the institute would process and return the full amount of ₹15, 000. Based on this assurance, we made the additional payment as instructed.
However, despite completing all the formalities, submitting a written refund application, and also signing the full and final settlement letter as required by the institute, we have not received the refund till date.
It has been several months from september since the refund request was submitted, yet the institute has failed to return the amount. Whenever we try to contact the institute, they either provide irrelevant reasons for the delay or do not answer our phone calls. This behavior has caused us significant inconvenience and financial distress.
I have all the necessary proofs, including payment receipts, refund application copies, and the signed full and final letter, which I am ready to submit as evidence.
Therefore, I kindly request the concerned authority to take immediate action and help me recover my refund amount of ₹15, 000 from Frankfinn Institute. I would appreciate your prompt intervention in resolving this matter.
