I got Mail for Python developer after completing 2 rounds now they're asking 397rs for document verification. Is it fake or genuine should I pay or not

I've also got a mail for Python Developer profile. I've received a mail regarding completed the round 2 and they give me the link of round 3 but they are not asking for a money till now.?
Can somebody please tell me that it's a fake company or not?
I got the mail to complete the document verification, and then I was redirected to paytm in order to pay 397 rupees. I skipped coz I don't think any such organization exist.
