Frankie Faber — faber chimney

By mistake my invoice bill of chimney lost and it's been only around 3 years. My chimney stop working and technician told to replace the motor of the chimney. But he need invoice to confirm the the chimney is under warranty or not. I mailed twice at [protected]@faberspa.com for duplicate invoice bill but they were not replying us. Plz help me in getting the invoice.
