I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services I have received from HDFC Bank. Recently, I acquired a Regalia HDFC Credit Card under the impression that it was a free card, as informed by the HDFC Branch staff. However, to my surprise, I noticed a deduction of ₹2500 for membership fees and an additional ₹450 for IGST VPS charges.
It has become evident to me that the HDFC Branch staff provided false information and lured new customers with promises of a free card. This experience has left me highly disappointed with HDFC Bank's services, and I no longer wish to remain a customer.
I hereby request the immediate closure of my Regalia Gold Credit Card with the following details:
