Freelance Typers — Fraud and Scam

I signed in for Freelance typers website and They gave me job opportunities to work till 5$ as we can withdraw only after we earn 5$. After the earnings it initiated a payment for 1880Rs. i.e. 26$ for License to work for freelance typers to get jobs and start working. I haven't received any jobs and it has been a month now. And also there is not even a single authentic information provided in their website.
