Freelancer Form — asking for penalty amount and didn't pay even single rupees for 700 entries

Hi team,
My name is deepesh jain. I was facing some financial problem due to covid 19. I did work for freelancer form company for data entry. They asked me to work on 700 enteries with 90% accuracy. But now they told me like i could not meet the 90% accuracy expectation. So i have to pay 8000 rupees to them as a penalty. I am getting continuous message on mobile that case has been filed against me in surat court. Kindly help me and strong action should be taken against such firm. They are working as a team.
