Freelancer.in — Typing work fraudulent

I got call for typing work job for name of freelancer to complete 700 assign in 7days but she doesn't mentioned term and conditions. I asked her t&c then reply if i wouldn't complete then my id will block. And she send me a link to workstart.
Aftergetting youtube video i refused to work and told to delete my id. She replied ok
After seven days i am getting fake msg for demanding of 28000 to not complete work. But i refused proposal same day.
I have all proof and recoding against this.
So i kindly request consumercomplain center and govt. To take steps towards this crime
