Respected sir /mam,

I purchased an item on FreeUp on March 25th with an expected delivery date within 7 days. However, it's been almost 20 days now, and the order has not been delivered. Despite multiple complaints to both FreeUp and XpressBees, no action has been taken. The order ID is "S[protected], " and the tracking number is [protected] (XPRESSBEES).

Could you please assist in resolving this matter promptly? Thank you.
