[Resolved] Freshers World — Premium membership not activated after payment | |||
I have registered for freshers world premium membership (3 months pack). But my account is showing me as a non-premium member . Transaction of ₹825 done on their website through google pay UPI . I have even cleared my browsers cache and relogin it, but it's showing as non-premium member. I have done them many mails and tried to contact them through their website but they are not responding. Mar 24, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved The company has replied to my complain email and enabled my premium membership.
I have mailed them about my problem and send them transaction information on [email protected] as instructed on their website and reply came today and my premium membership enabled. | |||
