Frido — Poor Product Quality & After-Sales Support

I purchased Frido brand Travel Neck Pillow few months back. The Velcro on the pillow stopped sticking properly despite very limited usage. Considering the premium price of the product, this was quite unexpected.

When I initially contacted Frido, I was told that since the product was purchased through a marketplace, I should reach out to that platform for the issue. However, I clarified that this is clearly a product quality concern, and the brand should take responsibility for the quality of the product sold under its name.

After this, I was informed that since the purchase was made around 8 months ago, they would not be able to help. This response was surprising because the issue is related to product durability, and the pillow was hardly used. The problem has nothing to do with the purchase date but with the quality of the material used.

Unfortunately, this experience shows that the price charged is not justified by the product quality or the after-sales support provided.
