I am writing to lodge a formal complaint concerning both the poor performance of the Tineco vacuum cleaner I purchased and the inadequate customer service I have experienced in attempting to resolve the issue.
Despite my persistent efforts to seek a resolution, including providing clear photographic and video evidence demonstrating the vacuum's failure to pick up dust, Tineco has failed to take any meaningful action. I have made multiple follow-up calls with their Mumbai HQ team as well as the Frootle HSR store, where I was repeatedly assured that the matter would be addressed urgently.
However, despite these promises, there has been no progress in the past two weeks, and no technician has been sent as promised. This lack of follow-through is both frustrating and unprofessional. The vacuum cleaner, purchased with the expectation of high quality, consistently fails at even the most basic tasks, such as picking up dust and debris, rendering it completely ineffective and unfit for use.
This ongoing issue, compounded by Tineco's failure to take action, has caused considerable frustration. In light of the circumstances, I am formally requesting a full refund for the defective product. I expect prompt and respectful resolution of this matter and request your guidance on how to proceed with the return and refund process.
For your reference, I have attached a copy of the invoice and PDFs containing all communication with Tineco India. I trust that you will treat this complaint with the attention it warrants and help facilitate a swift and fair resolution. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
