Fruit Deal — Non delivery of order for 20 kgs of Kesar mangoes

I had ordered for 20kgs of Kesar mangoes on 25.03.19 on Fruitdeal portal for their demanded prize of Rs 999 through their portal. Payment was made online through Google pay along with the order. I was told that the delivery will be within 2 to 3 days. However till today neither any delivery nor even any acknowledgement has been received in response to my order.
I have already made two email complaints reporting the same in your email I’d [protected]@ gmail.com since the contact no given by you was wrong. Please expedite delivery otherwise I will be compelled to raise the matter legally.
