Please note that I purchased ITM (Indian Stock Trading Market) Algo Software from FTX Algo Software Company on 27th January, 2024 via online payment. They took payment on personal name.
FTX team members Stephen, Prashanth and Poonam had assured me that ITM Algo software will generate 20% to 30% profit per month after deductions of all the brokerage and taxes. After assurance, I paid them amount. After payment, ITM algo software had started taking trades in my Angel One trading account from 29.01.2024. I deposited 60, 000 in my trading account but since then I am having only drawdowns. Today, I am left with only 53, 148.32 balance in my trading account.
Today on[protected], When I loggedin on ITM software account, I found that all the trading details have been removed. I can just see only summary. My account is still showing total loss of Rs.1692 but my trading account is showing loss of Rs. 6, 852.00.
Several time I complained to their team members Swetha and Anamika but they said that Mr. Anzar will change strategy and assured me again that I will have 20% to 30% profit in account after month end.
I requested Swetha to give me software charges and loss amount back to me as Algo software is not generating profits even after one month. She said that I should contact to the person who sold me this product but they do not pick my phone.
FTX team members tell us to purchase another software but they do not refund charges of the current software. They always wants to sell there softwares by any means on fall assurances. I have call recordings also on my phone.
There is very poor support system. I sent email to them but it bouned back. Was this information helpful? |
