Fundmelon — Fundmelon withdrawal and cancellation request - reg

Dear Sir, I'm a Fundmelon user with 5 subscriptions in different accounts. it was already cancelled automatically in September 2020. But still now i didn't get any amount against it.
Please kindly do needfull,
